How IPAC Bachelor Factory used the Soft Skills Scan to motivate 2,000 students across 15 cities and prepare them for the professional world
With more than 15 campuses in France and nearly 2,000 students, IPAC Bachelor Factory had to take on a challenge: How to prepare your promotions for a job market where soft skills count as much as technical know-how?
Recruiters are increasingly emphasizing skills such as:
* communication,
* the ability to collaborate,
* adaptability,
* creativity and stress management.
But these skills are difficult to measure and even more so to value in a resume or in an interview. The school was looking for a solution for motivate its students, strengthen their confidence and help them talk about their human skills in a credible way.
It is in this context that the national challenge Talent Game Employability has been organized, and Rising Up was chosen to support students via the Soft Skills Scan.
